MG15 Ground Conversion Bipod Mount

This is the cast alloy jacket that fits onto the barrel jacket of the aircraft MG15 machine gun which allows a standard MG34 bipod to be mounted onto it for ground use. The Mg15 was withdrawn from aircraft use halfway through the war and issued to ground troops.
